ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

NP Digital is looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our growing Creative team.

This role combines content planning, community management, and social media execution to help brands build meaningful relationships with their audiences while delivering high-quality digital experiences.

The Social Media Specialist will serve as the operational bridge between strategy, creative, and community management, ensuring content is planned, published, monitored, and optimized across multiple brands and platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, culturally aware, and passionate about social media, content, and digital trends.

This is a newly created role to support our growing department. To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Latin America and are required to be fluent in English.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars across multiple brands and social platforms.
  • Plan and organize editorial content aligned with each client's business objectives and communication strategy.
  • Identify cultural trends, audience insights, and content opportunities to strengthen brand relevance.
  • Create clear creative briefs for copywriters, designers, and production teams.
  • Coordinate content development with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Publish, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor online conversations and actively manage brand communities.
  • Respond to community interactions while maintaining each brand's tone of voice.
  • Support real-time social media coverage during events, activations, and content productions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Generate recurring social media performance reports, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on platform analytics and audience behavior.
  • Assist in managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

ABOUT YOU

  • 4–6 years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, Content Planning, or similar digital marketing roles.
  • Previous experience working in advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, or social media environments.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Experience building editorial calendars and planning content for multiple brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating creative briefs and collaborating with copywriters, designers, and production teams.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, platform trends, and content formats.
  • Experience preparing performance reports and analyzing social media metrics.
  • Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with social listening and trend monitoring tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is considered a plus.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
