What you will do

 

 

  • Lead the planning and briefing phases for regional crm activities. Ensure local implementation and review performance. Continuously optimize all touchpoints, including email, site, unboxing, and direct mail.

  • Make real-time campaign adjustments based on a continuous feedback loop and local findings, ensuring all regional activities remain closely aligned with the global strategic roadmap.

  • Complete targeted treatments for registered non-buyers (rnbs) and first time buyers (ftbs) to drive initial purchases and repeat rates.

  • Ensure relevancy at scale through personalized communications, cross-selling, churn prevention, and targeted content platforms.

  • Collaborate across functions to implement high-impact care initiatives like abandon cart and courtesy calls. These efforts aim to increase value generated profit (vgp) among high-value customers (hvc) and high-value potentials (hvp).

  • Support the regional rollout and testing of upcoming membership and dedication pilots to deepen value capture and broaden engagement.

  • Partner seamlessly with central teams to support systems integration, zero-party data capture, and omnichannel orchestration.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, regularly communicating, voicing ideas, and influencing senior leadership and other collaborators.

 

 

Nice to have

 

 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with ambitious commercial targets.

  • Previous involvement in the development or rollout of customer loyalty or membership programs.

  • Experience in the creation and execution of direct mail campaigns.
