Technical Project Coordinator Location: Chicago - Remote
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of cybersecurity and technology consulting engagements. Operating at the intersection of people, process, and technology, this role ensures project logistics, documentation, and scheduling run smoothly across multiple workstreams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain project plans, trackers, and status dashboards across cybersecurity and technology engagements
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder touchpoints with client teams spanning Banking, Healthcare, Government, and Manufacturing
Track action items, risks, and issues; escalate blockers to the project or program manager
Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and project artifacts tailored to client context
Support resource onboarding and coordinate logistics across cross-functional project teams
Assist with invoice tracking, budget monitoring, and procurement documentation
Maintain organized, version-controlled project documentation accessible to all team members
Flex into supporting areas outside your core role as business needs evolve — agility is expected
QUALIFICATIONS
