Job description

Key Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  1. Provide pre- and post-sale support to the North American RO sales team to include assisting in the sales process/on-site demonstration of CQ Medical Fiducial products and solutions, preparation of appropriate demonstration content and materials.
  2. Provide support by attending and/or participating in local, regional and national meeting, conferences and tradeshows.
  3. Attending and/or delivering CME classes and preparing appropriate collateral.
  4. Attending and/or training medical professionals with Fiducial implant procedures.
  5. Assisting with RFI/RFP preparation by providing clinical input.
  6. Preparing content and materials for internal training to increase clinical knowledge of Global sales team.
  7. Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of radiation therapy clinical practices, regulations and operations.
  8. Maintains a knowledge base of best practice standards in radiation therapy workflow.
  9. Coordinates with Global sales leadership and Clinical Sales Specialist colleagues to ensure that training content and materials are consistent across the organization.
  10. Participates in product development discussions as required to provide accurate and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
  11. Provides strong customer service orientation with both external and internal customers.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred with either; ABR/ABMP certification, or ARRT Radiation Therapist Certification.  Two to five years clinical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software and CRM.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and adequate liability insurance.
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time.
