Position Overview

Due to continued growth across Europe, we are seeking an experienced CAD Technician to join our team in Poland. This role focuses on the production of high‑quality CAD deliverables from point‑cloud and survey data for large construction and infrastructure projects across Europe. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and geospatial specialists within an international environment.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Produce accurate 2D drawings, plans, sections, and elevations from point‑cloud data.
  • Process and work with laser scan and survey datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support Project Managers and senior team members to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Apply and maintain company CAD standards, layering, naming conventions, and document‑control procedures.
  • Read and interpret technical, architectural, engineering, and survey documentation.
  • Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D daily to create and manage drawings.
  • Coordinate and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Carry out CAD quality checks and ensure compliance with internal QA/QC procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and, where required, external clients.



What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience working as a CAD Technician in surveying, construction, civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.
  • Proven experience working with point clouds, including producing plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience required.
  • Understanding of survey and geospatial data and how it translates into CAD deliverables.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Legal right to work in Poland.
