Position Purpose:
The Manager β Contingent Labor is responsible for leading The Home Depotβs Contingent Workforce Program Office (CWPO), overseeing all temporary workforce policies, tools, and program operations. This role ensures internal customers and strategic vendors receive maximum value through cost management, continuous improvement, process and technology innovation, and policy compliance.
Expanding beyond core program operations, the role incorporates talent-focused responsibilities, including supporting the sourcing and curation of contingent talent, aligning with Talent Acquisition partners on recruitment strategies, and working with business leaders to ensure workforce needs are met with the right skills at the right time. The Manager also leads a team and serves as a steward of enterprise funding to continuously improve program outcomes.
