About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help open and grow the DACH market for Codurance.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage in the region and play a key role in building our presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As our first SDR focused on DACH, you will work directly with the Regional Director to shape the market approach, identify high potential accounts and create new business opportunities with technology leaders in our target sectors.
You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting (lead generation) and qualifying potential clients, building relationships with senior stakeholders and creating a strong pipeline for the region, bringing new business opportunities.
This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, wants ownership from day one and is excited by the opportunity to help build a market from the ground up.
Objectives of the role:
- Increase the sales pipeline with qualified leads from the DACH market.
- Identify opportunities in organisations that can benefit from technology consulting, digital transformation, and IT solutions.
- Nurture the prospect database and keep the information updated in our CRM.
- Serve as a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities.
Main responsibilities
- Identify and segment the target market based on the service portfolio (cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, infrastructure, digital consulting, etc.).
- Lead generation: conduct active outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Qualify leads according to BANT/MEDDIC criteria or similar.
- Manage and update information in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging, campaigns, and content.
- Analyze metrics (conversion rate, response rate, MQL→SQL) and propose improvements.
- Represent the company at trade shows or technology events when necessary.
Requirements
- Native level of German, advanced level of English (spoken and written)
- At least 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in technology consulting, SaaS, or IT services.
- Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies and B2B prospecting.
- Proficiency in using automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
- Excellent communication and sales storytelling skills.
- Strong results orientation, resilience, and a growth mindset (hunter mindset).
- Proactive and self-motivated.
Nice to have:
- At least a B1 or more in Spanish.

The fixed base annual salary for this role is 30,000€ to 35,000 € plus uncapped comissions approximately 10k€ OTE.

The interview process:
- Initial call (30 min): First interview with someone from People Operations.
- Sales interview (1h): sales interview with our sales team and DACH regional director
- Take-home exercise and presentation (1h): sales exercise to complete within a few days at home + presenting it to the team
- Final interview (1h): Conversational interview with our managing director.
