  • Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and third-party platforms.

  • Validate data integrity across systems and ensure accuracy of data flows between integrated platforms.

  • Execute and validate regression testing to ensure changes do not impact existing functionality.

  • Identify, document, and track defects and work with development teams to ensure resolution.

  • Partner with development and business teams early in the lifecycle to identify quality risks and prevent defects.

  • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test evidence for audit readiness.

  • Track and report quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and release readiness indicators.

  • Participate in change management and CAB processes to assess testing readiness and risk.

  • Identify opportunities for test automation and process optimization.

  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
