Job Title: Senior Associate, Groupe Talent Systems & Services

Description Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the Human Resources (HR) function, Compensation & Benefits function and Information Technology (IT) Departments to provide system requirement support.
  • Configuring solution requirements on the Success Factors Compensation Module, understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
  • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
  • Other daily operational work – maintain trackers, performing access audit, testing SAP releases, testing Compensation configurations etc.

Primary Job Responsibility: Develop and configure the SuccessFactors Compensation system as per client requirements - Compensation template creation and copy, setting up route maps, guidelines, budgets, field based permissions, role based permissions, launch and testing of compensation forms

Qualifications

  • Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources.
  • 5 to 6 (for Sr Associate) years of experience in handling HR tools – analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing etc
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central/Compensation Module.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least one SF Compensation End to end implementation or Support Project experience
  • Strong Hold on MS Excel is preferable
  • HR knowledge – various HR functions, processes etc
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global Organizations
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration.

Certified in Success Factors compensation is an additional advantage not mandatory!
