Core Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates across a variety of industries and job functions using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific role requirements
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial candidate outreach through offer acceptance and placement confirmation
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly placement goals and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system
  • Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms between candidates and client organizations
  • Proactively identify new client opportunities and contribute to business development efforts
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects professionalism and integrity at every touchpoint

Must-Have Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or a related business development role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build immediate rapport
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a genuine hunger to succeed in a commission-based structure
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a broader team when needed
  • Proficiency with digital tools including applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and standard office software
  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in the face of challenges
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with demonstrated equivalent experience
