This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing various IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.     • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.

    • Effectively communicate and manage expectations, updates, and risks, and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the life of the contract.
    • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and mentorship.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop risk management plans and strategies to ensure potential issues are addressed proactively.
    • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that services and deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence and align with organizational requirements.
    • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability. Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or coordination.
  • Prior experience working with a service management system, like Service Now
  • Proven experience managing projects in Microsoft Project, JIRA, SmartSheet, or similar types of project management software
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Prior experience working with a Managed Services or IT Services provider
  • Prior experience managing IT projects
  • Background knowledge of IT Networking, Storage, Compute, or Database systems
  • Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • ITIL knowledge and international experience a plus.
  • Passion for learning new technologies.
