Job description

Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager, the Workforce Planning Coordinator is a key operational role within the Workforce Planning team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of Blueprint, [solidcore]’s internal scheduling platform. In this role, you will own back-end platform management, Area Manager support, inbox operations, and the reporting that keeps scheduling decisions running smoothly across all studio locations.

You’ll also contribute to cross-functional workforce planning efforts by supporting the creation of training materials, release communications, and resources that enable studio teams to use Blueprint effectively and consistently. This role is a great fit for someone who is operationally sharp, comfortable in a tech-adjacent environment, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

  • Monitor data feeds and integrations; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors promptly

  • Troubleshoot common platform issues and escalate technical problems to the Senior Workforce Manager as needed

  • Perform QA and UAT testing on the Blueprint staging site ahead of new feature releases, bug fixes, and platform updates

  • Intake, review, and approve or deny incoming class theme requests in accordance with [solidcore]'s music policy

  • Perform manual integration checks between Blueprint and MBO

  • Training, Support & Compliance

  • Serve as a first point of contact for Area Manager questions and issues related to Blueprint

  • Own the Blueprint team inbox- triaging incoming requests, responding to routine inquiries, and routing complex issues appropriately

  • Support with the creation of release communications, training materials and best practices for internal users of Blueprint.

  • Support office hours sessions hosted by the team, helping prepare materials and facilitate Q&A

  • Build relationships with the AM team to understand scheduling pain points and surface feedback to the broader Workforce Planning team

  • Monitor and enforce brand standards, deadlines, and compliance requirements across all studio locations.

  • Track recurring questions and use them to inform SOP updates and training material improvements
