Are you a skilled Field Applications Engineer looking for a new opportunity in the Electronics Industry? Our Employment Agency is currently working with a Global Fortune 500 Company in this industry to help them find top talent to join their team based in Subang Jaya.

As an Employment Agency, we understand the importance of finding the right fit for both the company and the candidate. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving the design chain value proposition by collaborating with customers, R&D, vendors and suppliers to cater our client's products to the needs of their customers. You will also be collaborating with different departments and stakeholders from across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical sales strategies in different markets to promote new products and technologies to potential and existing customers.
  • Strong understanding of customers' needs and build relationships with key decision makers
  • Excellent and in-depth knowledge of products technology, design process and life cycle.
  • Collaborate with numerous departments to develop technical strategies and solutions that help customers overcome design challenges.
  • Provide product training to the sales team and work together to secure new business.
  • Identify and track the largest design opportunities and work with suppliers to maximize success.
  • Create presentations and sales tools to showcase product value and become a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Manage products from start to finish, communicating regularly with customers, sales, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and major players to effectively communicate and design solutions for customers.
  • Attend training sessions to maintain necessary certifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics/Semiconductor/R&D Industry
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant industry or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
  • Able to work with moderately complex territory/ assigned accounts, products/services, sales or account management processes.
  • Ability to work independently, make suggestions and decisions on time, collaborate with all level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MCU or DSP / FPGA / RF / Analog system design will be an added advantage
  • Strong system/ device knowledge of semiconductor/electronics products will be an added advantage
  • A sales-driven mindset with good interpersonal and communications skills.
