Job Title: Recruitment Intern

About Us: Newnovation Solutions is a growing recruitment agency specializing in SaaS, Lifesciences and Data Domain hiring. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Intern to join our team and support our mission of connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
    • Assist in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
  2. Application Screening:

    • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
  3. Coordinate Recruitment Processes:

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
    • Assist in managing the logistics of recruitment events and job fairs.
  4. Client Interaction:

    • Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements.
    • Communicate with clients to gather job specifications and feedback.
  5. Database Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency's database.
    • Ensure the confidentiality and security of candidate and client information.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Need to have your own laptop and Wifi connection.
