About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, andversatile Communications Generalist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal rolesits at the intersection of content strategy, visual communication, andcollaborative execution, offering a unique opportunity to contribute acrossvarious communication touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development &Curation: Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging contenttailored for diverse digital platforms, including social media channels,comprehensive campaigns, and internal communication initiatives.
- Visual Asset Creation &Support: Independently create quick-turnaround visual assets utilizing toolssuch as Canva. Provide invaluable support to senior designers by gatheringreference materials and assisting with formatting during periods of highdemand.
- Agency Relationship Management:Serve as a primary point of contact for external agency partners, expertlymanaging timelines, facilitating feedback loops, and ensuring creativealignment to achieve campaign objectives.
- Campaign Execution &Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Communication Lead and variousinternal teams to meticulously execute communication campaigns and deliverhigh-impact communication collaterals.
- Digital Trend Analysis &Optimization: Proactively monitor emerging digital trends, platform bestpractices, and audience engagement metrics to ensure content tone, format, anddistribution strategies are consistently optimized for maximum reach andeffectiveness.
