Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the recruitment of technical and corporate roles in AI and Data Centers business. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Job Details

Work setup: Work from Home

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Manila time)

Holiday: Will follow US holidays

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions related to AI infrastructure and data center operations
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and other talent acquisition administrative tasks
  • Stay informed on recruitment best practices and market trends for technical hiring

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
  • Internship or work experience in recruitment in human resources is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn technical recruiting and support hiring for AI and Data Center-related roles
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
