Think of Us is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Development department, providing operational and administrative support for our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. After a successful onboarding period, this role will independently manage core development operations, ensuring seamless execution of donor and grant deliverables across the organization. This role will focus on owning and optimizing workflows across departments, coordinating information flow, and leading grant/reporting tasks.

The annual salary for this role is $70,000–$80,000. Starting salaries for new hires will be determined based on a combination of the new hire’s relevant experience and market demands.
