TheClinical Transformation Analyst/Senior Analyst will support the development of DaVita’s integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for a shift to value-based care. 

In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developing this model and collaborating with several teams across the Village on this executive driven transformation.  This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution. 

Core activities include: creating analyses to generate insights and opportunity areas within our care model, developing clinical and operational process flows to best care for our patients, and creating new field facing tools, leader and teammate training and reports.  

The Analyst/Senior Analyst, will work on a team of highly-motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and/or clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional role will work directly with Integrated Kidney Care leadership. 

Key responsibilities are spread across three categories: 

Strategy and innovation:  

  • Supports strategic initiatives for the Clinical Transformation team, including hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations 

  • Helps build consensus for best demonstrated practices across several stakeholders 

  • Supports the development, piloting, deployment and outcomes of clinical programs by driving work lanes independently 

  • Collaborates with teams across the enterprise to enable rollout of new clinical programs 

  • Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis 

  • Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories 

Analytics and Reporting 

  • Develop, scope, and automate regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses around IKC model of care 

  • Integrate disparate data sets, conduct exploratory analysis, and produce actionable insights for clinical intervention 

  • Work collaboratively with data analysts, clinicians, and operators to identify opportunities to add value through advanced analytics 

  • Enhance data visualization capabilities to communicate findings from complex analyses 

Project Management 

  • Set milestones and adhere to tight project deadlines 

  • Develop metrics to track success and meet deadlines 

  • Escalate any concerns with executing on project plan 

 
Travel: ~5% of the time

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree required 

  • 1- 3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred  

  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience  

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred  

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change

  • Experience with value-based care, End-of-Life care, healthcare administration, or healthcare quality 

  • Advanced Excel skillset  

  • Strong executive communication skills  

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results

  • Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.

 

 

 

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
