The opportunity

We are looking for a Manifest Process Administrator to oversee and manage manifest operations across Algerian ports. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth customs processes, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between internal teams and external authorities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prepare and validate shipping manifests and customs documentation for Algerian ports

  • Manage amendments and ensure compliance with local customs regulations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customs and Port Authorities

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Experience teams to deliver best-in-class service

  • Support the Manifest Manager with operational challenges and improvement initiatives

  • Produce ad-hoc analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and company policies

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in manifest management and customs processes

  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with ALCES and Algeria Customs systems is highly desirable

  • Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities

  • High attention to detail with a proactive mindset

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach

  • Comfortable working independently within a matrix organisation

  • Adaptable, resilient, and solution-oriented
