Job description

BA Global Talent is seeking a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a Graphic Designer (Web/UX/UI) in LATAM or the Caribbean. You will play a key role in supporting a US-based client by taking websites from kickoff to live launch. From UX/UI design and visual execution to collaborating on implementation, you will help create high-performing digital experiences that support businesses of all sizes and contribute directly to their growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites from initial concept through final launch.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using UX/UI best practices.

  • Develop website designs that align with client goals, brand identity, and user needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective digital experiences.

  • Design websites ranging from small 3–4 page sites to larger, more complex business websites.

  • Utilize AI-powered design and website-building tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and creativity.

  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across devices.

  • Prepare design assets and documentation for development and implementation.

  • Perform website updates, design refinements, and ongoing improvements as needed.

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and UX best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and UX/UI design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing website and UX/UI projects.

  • Ability to manage projects independently and take websites from concept to launch.

  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).

  • Familiarity with AI design and website-building tools.

  • Front-end skills such as HTML, CSS, and WordPress are highly desired.

  • Advanced English proficiency required.

Time Zone: Availability to overlap with U.S. business hours.

Schedule: Hourly engagement to start.
