Project Manager (LATAM & The Caribbean)

BA Global Talent is seeking a Project Manager with hands-on HubSpot experience to support a growing client-facing operation. Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and follow-through.

• Work directly within HubSpot to support project execution, workflows, tracking, and client needs.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps and communicate updates clearly.

• Support evolving client initiatives, including potential work related to AEO, Answer Engine Optimization.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on HubSpot experience is mandatory; candidates must have worked directly inside HubSpot, not only with general CRM systems.

• 5 to 7 years of experience working on HubSpot projects.

• Project management experience coordinating clients, timelines, and deliverables.

• Advanced English level required, as this is a client-facing role.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.

• Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a variable workload.

Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

• HubSpot certifications.

• Experience supporting marketing, sales, or operational projects within an agency or consulting environment.
