Sobre el rol:

Como UX/UI Designer Sr, serás responsable de desarrollar experiencias de usuario excepcionales que potencien las soluciones presentadas por el equipo de Magoya. Colaborarás estrechamente con el Product Manager, expertos en agro y clientes, participando activamente en el proceso de descubrimiento para garantizar que nuestras soluciones sean intuitivas, funcionales y atractivas.

Esta posición es por 3 meses. Con posibilidad de extenderse.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Investigar las necesidades de los usuarios mediante encuestas, entrevistas y pruebas de usabilidad.

  • Diseñar wireframes, mockups y prototipos de alta fidelidad con herramientas como Figma, Adobe XD o Sketch.

  • Crear propuestas y documentos claros que respalden ideas y soluciones en diferentes etapas de ideación.

  • Diseñar, ejecutar y analizar estrategias de testing para validar soluciones y mejorar la experiencia del usuario.

  • Trabajar en conjunto con equipos interdisciplinarios para asegurar la alineación entre diseño, objetivos de negocio y viabilidad técnica.

  • Contribuir al conocimiento de Magoya sobre tendencias de diseño y necesidades del mercado agro.

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante o graduado/a en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o áreas afines.

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en diseño UI/UX para apps móviles (webapps y nativas) y diseño web responsive.

  • Experiencia en pruebas de usabilidad y análisis de resultados.

  • Dominio avanzado de inglés.

  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y Design Thinking.

  • Manejo de herramientas como Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch y Adobe XD.
