Experience & Education

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s/PhD with 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related domain

- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex, large-scale analytics or data science portfolios, driving measurable business impact

- Demonstrated ability to make high-impact decisions under ambiguity, taking ownership of outcomes and effectively communicating rationale and trade-offs to diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership

- Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives, aligning priorities, and driving execution across cross-functional teams in dynamic environments

- Strong experience in client-facing and/or cross-functional settings, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across technical and business domains

Technical & Analytical Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python, R and SQL, with the ability to guide teams in best practices for scalable data science development

- Proven experience leading the design and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions in production environments

- Deep understanding of statistical methods, feature engineering, and MLOps principles; able to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions through team execution

- Demonstrated success applying predictive analytics, machine learning, and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems

- Expertise in end-to-end analytics lifecycle delivery, from problem framing and experimentation to deployment and monitoring

- Working knowledge of big data ecosystems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with the ability to make architectural and tooling decisions

- Strong ability to provide strategic and authoritative analytical guidance to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions across all phases of development (design, validation, implementation, and monitoring)

- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs and analytics portfolios, driving alignment and execution across cross-functional stakeholders
