Summary:

The Global Partnerships & Content organization works closely with the leading content creators and media entities in the world to build and grow innovative and meaningful content and community engagement experiences across a variety of product areas.

This role will be responsible for providing critical data analysis and business insights to inform organizational goals, drive strategic decision-making, and support business growth. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to develop dashboards, create data reporting solutions, and conduct in-depth analysis to drive business outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop subject matter expertise in key partner ecosystem metrics across Clients Family of Apps.
• Communicate complex data findings and recommendations in a way that is easily understandable by stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide the team with self-service access to key insights, driving analyst efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Establish close working relationships with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders including strategy, data engineering, and business development teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in data analytics, including use of SQL, defining metrics, delivering regular insights reports, building dashboards, and making recommendations.
• Presentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building data pipelines.
• Experience in the media and/or music industry and understanding of associated metrics.
