Job description

Our client, a American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Change Management Consultant for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders.
  • Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.
 
Requirements:
  • Supply Chain knowledge, Change lead experience (strong experience in impact assessments, training development/instructional design); previous retail experience desired
  • Organizational transformation - process change is desirable
