About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
We are currently looking for two Email Marketing Managers to join our team and contribute to the next chapter of airSlate’s growth.
The Email Marketing team supports communication across our subscription-based SaaS products, including lifecycle and promotional messaging that helps users discover value, stay engaged, and move through key customer journey stages.
Each Email Marketing Manager will focus on one of our core products — pdfFiller or SignNow — owning email initiatives tailored to that product’s specific funnels, stakeholders, priorities, and user journeys.
The team’s work goes far beyond launching campaigns. It is focused on solving business challenges through email and related channels, testing new ideas, reacting to changing priorities, and continuously improving lifecycle communication. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, think independently, and turn hypotheses into effective campaigns.
Operating as an independent unit within the marketing team, this group partners closely with product and brand stakeholders and acts as a practical expert function for lifecycle communication, experimentation, and user engagement.
What you’ll be working on
Configure, launch, and optimize email campaigns using our in-house email service provider, including audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B test setup.
Build and implement multi-step automated email workflows based on user behavior, lifecycle stages, funnels, and product-specific goals.
Design and manage advanced audience segments to support activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and promotional initiatives.
Run experiments, analyze results, and apply insights to improve campaign performance, user journeys, and broader business impact.
Create and maintain dashboards to track key email and lifecycle marketing metrics, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and General Management teams to align email initiatives with product priorities and business goals.
Work independently in a dynamic environment, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and helping refine processes as priorities evolve.
Oversee and improve the functionality of our internal email system, identifying opportunities to enhance usability, scalability, and effectiveness.
Generate data-driven ideas for relevant, personalized email content that improves user engagement and supports customer journey goals.
Lead and support the transformation of the email marketing function into an AI-driven, world-class program by introducing AI-powered tools, automation, and best practices.
What we expect from you:
3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with proven experience launching and optimizing campaigns.
Experience working with an ESP, customer engagement platform, or in-house email system, including campaign setup, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
Strong understanding of user journeys, behavioral triggers, lifecycle communication, and funnel-based messaging for web-based products.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance using dashboards, audience behavior, and key email metrics.
Experience working with data, including basic to intermediate SQL skills such as writing queries, aggregations, and simple data transformations.
Ability to evaluate A/B test results based on broader performance impact, not only channel-level metrics.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different stakeholders to deliver impactful email initiatives.
High level of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work autonomously, stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment, and move initiatives forward even when processes are not fully defined.
Interest in AI tools, experimentation, automation, and continuous improvement, with readiness to test new approaches and improve marketing efficiency.
Strong communication skills and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have:
Experience with web-based SaaS products.
Experience with tools similar to Customer.io.
Experience with Jira or similar tools for project and task management.
