1KOMMA5° wurde im Juli 2021 mit dem Ziel gegründet, alle Gebäude CO2 neutral zu machen. Dies erfolgt durch den Einsatz von Photovoltaik, Wärmepumpe und Ladeinfrastruktur in Verbindung mit einer intelligenten und individuellen Steuerung aller Systeme basierend auf künstlicher Intelligenz, um den besonders günstigen Preiszonen von Sonne und Wind direkt an der Strombörse zu folgen. Nach drei Jahren hat das Unternehmen bereits 100.000 Kunden bedient und gilt damit laut EUPD Studie seit 2024 als europäischer Marktführer. Technologisches Herzstück ist die Software Plattform “Heartbeat AI”. Sie verbindet Wärmepumpe, Ladesäulen und Strombatterien direkt mit der Strombörse und steuert jedes einzelne Systeme nach individuellen Fahrplänen durch künstliche Intelligenz. So wird individuell immer der jeweils günstigste und sauberste Strom bereitgestellt, ob vom eigenen Dach oder vom Energiemarkt. Deine Position

Heartbeat AI is our energy optimization platform that provides our customers always with the cleanest and cheapest energy. As Junior Go-to-Market Project Manager our first focus is contributing to offering Heartbeat AI not only to 1KOMMA5° customers but also to new customers with existing assets. You will take operational ownership, tracking what's working, fixing what isn't, and making sure execution happens across product, sales, operations, and marketing.

Bring the product from launch to scale: You will ensure scalability of the product and related processes by identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey (i.e., customer onboarding, customer support, cancellation handling) and driving concrete fixes end-to-end in close collaboration with Product and Operations.
Own performance tracking and reporting: Your decisions are data-based and you are able to translate KPI-developments into corrective actions. Therefore, you build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences the team relies on — consolidating launch KPIs, activation metrics, and performance data into clear, decision-ready updates.
Coordinate cross-functional execution: You manage the operational structure of GTM- initiatives by tracking work-streams, identifying dependencies, and aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations so that decisions made in meetings actually move on the ground.

Dein Profil

You bring 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, project management, or operations role — at a startup, consulting firm, or fast-paced tech company — and are ready to take real ownership in a high-growth environment
You are structured by default: you break complex GTM workstreams into clear tasks, manage competing dependencies without losing the thread, and set up tracking systems that actually get used
You are comfortable with data and reporting: you can build a clean dashboard, track KPIs consistently, and turn numbers into a concise status update for stakeholders who don't have time to dig into the details
You follow through without being asked: you own action items end-to-end, chase blockers proactively, and make sure cross-functional alignment doesn't stop at the meeting room door
You communicate clearly and directly in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) — written and verbal — across teams with different priorities and backgrounds
The energy transition context interests you — you want to understand how a hardware-plus-subscription business scales, not just manage the process around it
