Job description

Our client is a creator management agency specializing in growing and monetizing talent on subscription-based platforms. They handle strategy, content direction, fan engagement, and growth — so our creators can focus on what they do best.

Schedule: 10am-6pm PST

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Creator Outreach Specialist is responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging high-value creator prospects with the goal of converting them into signed talent. This is a high-volume, high-touch outreach role that requires a sharp eye for talent, strong written communication skills, and the ability to operate across multiple platforms simultaneously. You will own the top of our acquisition funnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, business development, lead generation, talent acquisition, influencer outreach, creator partnerships, or a similar client-facing role

  • Proven track record of conducting high-volume outreach and consistently meeting activity or performance targets

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and how creators build and engage audiences

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to personalize messaging and adapt tone to different creator personalities

  • Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and handling objections, follow-ups, and relationship-building through DMs, email, and other channels

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage large outreach pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify high-potential creators and evaluate audience quality, engagement, and growth potential

  • Experience using CRM systems, outreach tools, prospecting software, or lead generation platforms

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are primarily looking for candidates with strong outbound sales or business development experience. Experience within the creator economy, influencer marketing, talent management, or subscription-based platforms is highly valued but not required.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Enjoys prospecting and building relationships from scratch

  • Is persistent and comfortable following up across multiple channels

  • Can manage a high volume of conversations simultaneously

  • Writes naturally and knows how to engage people in a genuine way

  • Is driven by targets, results, and continuous improvement

NICE TO HAVE

  • Personal experience as a content creator, influencer, or creator manager

  • Familiarity with OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon, or other creator monetization platforms

  • Experience using cold email, LinkedIn, or social selling tools
