Job description

San Francisco startup building AI that runs revenue growth on autopilot for e-commerce brands. Already works with several thousand clients and we're growing quickly. This is a new product category - the kind of thing that hasn't existed before - and they're building the sales team that brings it to market.

We`re hiring three Sales Executives to join early, work closely with the founders, and help shape how we sell.

What you'll do

  • Talk to warm, inbound prospects - around 10 calls a day - and show them how the tool helps them grow sales.

  • Run the full conversation: understand the brand's goals, demo the product, and close.

  • Ramp fast - shadow live calls, complete short trainings, then lead your own.

  • Be the face of the tool to every brand you speak with, on camera and on calls.

  • Help build the playbook for a brand-new sales motion, with a fast path to Head of Sales for those who excel.

What you'll bring

  • 1–6 years in sales, in any industry. We care more about how you sell than where you've sold.

  • Native-level English, written and spoken.

  • A natural communicator who builds rapport in the first minute of a conversation.

  • Quick to learn - able to grasp a new product from written materials and explain it simply.

  • Comfortable on camera and energized by a high volume of conversations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-ticket or consultative sales.

  • A track record selling something genuinely hard — info products, ClickFunnels-style offers, legacy software, financial services, or real estate. The tougher the past sell, the better.
