Job description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Provide support for escrow, insurance, billing, claims, technical support, and related service areas.
  • Resolve first-level and escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Verify customer account and contact information.
  • Research customer concerns and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Track and coordinate customer issues through resolution.
  • Make outbound calls regarding customer accounts requiring additional attention.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate resolutions with collections and internal teams.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay Rate Range: $21.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
