We are seeking a Manager, Smart Infrastructure & Digital Real Estate Transformation to help build and scale a growing enterprise offering focused on smart infrastructure, facilities management, corporate real estate technology, workplace experience, and digital operations. This role will support strategic client development and delivery for large enterprise clients, helping translate complex business needs into actionable solution architectures, scopes of work, technology deployment plans, vendor strategies, business cases, KPIs, and value realization models.
The ideal candidate has a consulting background or consulting toolkit, strong real estate technology fluency, experience deploying technology in large enterprise or campus environments, and the ability to quantify the value of digital investments. This person should bring credibility across corporate real estate, facilities, workplace, IT, procurement, vendors, and site operations.
