Job description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate developments. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and the  ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and the overall positioning of the development in the marketplace.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute a full marketing strategy for a real estate development that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and trends in Cambodia's real estate market.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for both online and offline channels, including digital, print, events, and partnerships.

Brand Development

  • Oversee the development of the brand identity and messaging for the real estate project.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including advertising, brochures, websites, and social media.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising to generate high-quality leads.
    Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimization.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Develop internally collateral materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content to assist in the sales process.
  • Track and report on marketing ROI, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that marketing goals are met efficiently.
  • Regularly report to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Event Management

  • Coordinate relations with vendors to organize events.
  • Organize and execute launch events, open houses, and community engagement activities to promote the project.

Main Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Proven track record in managing marketing teams and campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication in Khmer and English, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Versatile and agile profile capable of multitasking.
  • Knowledge of Cambodia's real estate market is a plus.
