Job description

AdTech Holding is an Innovation hub based in Cyprus, which creates vibrant startup ecosystems and technologies for AdTech & MarTech projects.

Since 2011, AdTech Holding has been a starting point for an array of industry-leading advertising and digital marketing companies (PropellerAds, Zeydoo etc). Holding brings the most daring ideas to the market and creates cutting-edge solutions to deliver technology globally.

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (East & South East Asia) for our Marketing Department!

What you will do:

Regional strategy

  • Own the regional marketing budget and shape the brand strategy for each market
  • Develop and test hypotheses on audiences, USPs and brand perception
  • Track local and global competitors, research local platforms (WeChat, Douyin, TikTok, etc.), partners, agencies and events
  • Report monthly on key metrics by market: leads, activations, revenue from new clients

Lead generation & campaigns

  • Set acquisition KPIs and plan local campaigns, including paid search (Baidu in China, Google across SEA) via local agencies
  • Brief local agencies, review results and localize creatives (landing pages, banners, content)
  • Run local events and meetups (e.g. ChinaJoy, regional industry conferences)

Communities & reputation

  • Build and grow communities on local platforms (WeChat accounts, regional groups and channels)
  • Manage local brand reputation and work with influencers, KOLs and MCN agencies together with the PR team

Sales & product collaboration

  • Align with Sales on target markets and priority accounts, hand over qualified leads and track conversion
  • Equip Sales with localized materials and support them at events
  • Join custdev interviews, build target-audience profiles and share regional insights with the marketing team

What we expect:

  • Native Mandarin and working English (B2+), enough to present to the global marketing team
  • 3–5 years in marketing, including at least 1–2 years owning a direction or market end-to-end, not only executing tasks inside a large team
  • Hands-on experience running marketing in mainland China with real budget responsibility: you decided where the money goes and defended those decisions
  • Practical knowledge of the Chinese ecosystem: WeChat official accounts, Douyin/RED, Baidu SEM, local KOL/MCN market
  • Experience briefing and managing external agencies and contractors
  • Track record you can speak to in numbers: leads, cost per lead, conversion to client
  • Experience proposing and testing your own hypotheses, then scaling or stopping them
  • Comfortable working independently with a manager in a different timezone

Nice to have:

  • Background in adtech, affiliate, performance marketing or advertising
  • Network among Chinese media-buying communities
  • Experience in SEA markets (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines)

We offer freedom of choice: with us, you'd have a cafeteria benefits system where you can choose which benefits would fit your individual needs.

And, of course, a standard pack of benefits as well: medical services coverage, fully covered 10 working days of sick leave per year, 5 additional day-offs per year, English and other languages compensation, quarterly, and annual bonuses, corporate events, gifts and etc.
