Currently, we are looking for an E-Commerce Growth Manager to join a fast-growing portfolio of DTC brands focused on scaling through Meta advertising and direct-response marketing. The company operates in a lean, data-driven environment where speed, ownership, and continuous optimization are key to driving growth across multiple e-commerce brands.
We are looking for an E-Commerce Growth Manager to own and optimize the commercial performance of the business. This is a hands-on role focused on Meta media buying, funnel analysis, conversion optimization, and identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Your Duties:
As an E-Commerce Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:
Owning Meta media buying across multiple DTC brands, including campaign setup, testing, scaling, and budget management.
Monitoring and analyzing daily performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks.
Managing and optimizing key funnel metrics including CPA, ROAS, CVR, and AOV.
Identifying funnel drop-offs and prioritizing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
Collaborating with creative teams by providing performance-driven feedback and testing recommendations.
Analyzing offers, bundles, pricing structures, and upsell opportunities to improve customer value and profitability.
Monitoring attribution and tracking systems to ensure accurate performance reporting.
Working closely with founders to develop and execute growth strategies.
Proactively identifying problems and implementing solutions with minimal supervision.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Media Buying, or DTC E-Commerce.
Proven hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant advertising budgets.
Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
Experience analyzing key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV.
Hands-on experience with attribution and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale, WeTracked, GA4, Hyros, or similar.
Experience working with Shopify-based e-commerce brands.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of results.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
English language Upper Intermediate (B2) is a must.
