Job description

Overview

Our client in the beauty and aesthetics industry is seeking a Client Success Executive to support and manage client relationships/ requests. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling customer support requests efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls (approximately 100 texts per day)
  • Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and resolution of issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
  • Support ad-hoc administrative or coordination tasks related to customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, online chat support, or client coordination preferred
  • Proficiency in English and preferably Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Pleasant and confident communication skills, with a clear and engaging voice
  • Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented with proven sales or tele-sales experience
  • Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness is an advantage
  • Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity and committed to growing with the company

Working schedule:

  • 6 days per week: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (including 1 hour break)
  • 1 day off
