Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5 years or more of experience in product management, data products, investment research products, or financial engineering

Requirements:

  • Build investment research index systems, on-chain data models, and high-quality RAG knowledge bases
  • Plan and design investment research products, integrating methodologies and AI capabilities
  • Manage data sources, data cleaning, and knowledge base construction to enhance AI analysis
  • Design on-chain data models and analysis frameworks, and promote AI investment research productization

Job description

职位定位
1、负责构建数字资产领域投研指标体系、链上数据模型及高质量 RAG 知识库，将数字资产投研方法论转化为 AI 生产力。 岗位职责
2、负责数字资产投研产品规划与设计，推动投研方法论、链上数据与 AI 能力融合，持续提升研究效率与投资决策质量。
3、负责 AI 知识库（RAG）建设，包括数据源管理、数据清洗、标签体系、索引设计及评测体系建设，持续提升 AI 分析能力与专业性。
4、设计链上数据模型与分析框架，包括 Smart Money、TVL、资金流向、风险预警等核心能力。 5、结合大模型、RAG、Agent、Workflow 等技术，推动 AI 投研能力产品化。 与投研、数据、算法及研发团队协作，推动 AI 投研产品落地。
 
任职要求
1、具备 5 年及以上产品、数据产品、投研产品或金融工程相关经验，特别优秀者可适当放宽；有金融数据平台、投研平台、量化研究平台、链上数据分析平台等相关背景优先。
2、具备较强的投研与数据建模能力，能够独立设计指标体系、研究框架及数据模型，并将研究逻辑转化为产品能力。
3、熟悉链上数据结构，理解 Tokenomics、资金流向、Smart Money、TVL、链上行为分析等核心逻辑。
4、熟悉 RAG、Agent、Prompt Engineering 等 AI 应用体系，有知识工程、AI 投研或 AI 产品落地经验优先。
5、深度关注数字资产行业，对 AI Agent 等方向保持持续研究与学习。
