Responsibilities

Design, train, evaluate, and optimize algorithm models for core business use cases.
Deeply integrate algorithm capabilities with engineering systems to deploy models reliably and iterate continuously.
Engage in feature engineering, model evaluation framework, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with engineering teams to address production performance, stability, and maintainability of algorithms.

1. 负责算法模型的设计、训练、评估与优化，服务于公司核心业务场景。

2. 将算法能力与工程系统深度结合，推动算法稳定上线并持续迭代。

3. 参与数据特征工程、模型评估体系与效果分析。

4. 与工程团队协作，解决算法在生产环境中的性能、稳定性与可维护性问题。

5. 跟进算法前沿技术，持续提升模型效果与业务价值。

任职要求

1. 5 年及以上算法相关经验，具备扎实的机器学习 / 深度学习基础。

2. 熟悉常见模型与训练流程，具备实际业务落地经验。

3. 理解算法工程化流程，能配合完成模型上线与迭代。

4. 具备良好的逻辑思维与问题分析能力。

5. 对业务结果负责，具备持续优化意识
