Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of algorithm-related experience with a solid ML/DL foundation.
  • Familiar with common models and training pipelines; practical experience deploying models to real-world business.
  • Understanding of the algorithm engineering lifecycle; able to support model deployment and iteration.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Design, train, evaluate, and optimize algorithm models for core business use cases.
  • Deeply integrate algorithm capabilities with engineering systems to deploy models reliably and iterate continuously.
  • Engage in feature engineering, model evaluation framework, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address production performance, stability, and maintainability of algorithms.

  • 1. 负责算法模型的设计、训练、评估与优化，服务于公司核心业务场景。
  • 2. 将算法能力与工程系统深度结合，推动算法稳定上线并持续迭代。
  • 3. 参与数据特征工程、模型评估体系与效果分析。
  • 4. 与工程团队协作，解决算法在生产环境中的性能、稳定性与可维护性问题。
  • 5. 跟进算法前沿技术，持续提升模型效果与业务价值。

    • 任职要求
  • 1. 5 年及以上算法相关经验，具备扎实的机器学习 / 深度学习基础。
  • 2. 熟悉常见模型与训练流程，具备实际业务落地经验。
  • 3. 理解算法工程化流程，能配合完成模型上线与迭代。
  • 4. 具备良好的逻辑思维与问题分析能力。
  • 5. 对业务结果负责，具备持续优化意识
