Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, Computer Science, International Trade or related fields (preferred)
  • 2+ years of internet product management experience, with at least 1+ year in compliance or regional/sub-site product management
  • Familiarity with digital asset industry and exchange operation regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, data protection)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work with Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage compliant product strategy for the exchange and regional sub-sites, ensuring localization and regulatory alignment across markets
  • Conduct regulatory research and monitor global developments; coordinate internal resources to implement compliant policies and product adjustments
  • Design and optimize compliance and risk-control features (e.g., identity verification, AML, KYC); enhance automation and data security
  • Collaborate across departments; independently write PRDs and drive end-to-end design, development and deployment

岗位职责
  • 1. 合规产品规划与管理
  • 负责数字货币交易所合规产品的规划、设计与管理，确保平台产品符合各地法律法规与行业规范。
  • 负责分站产品的规划与管理，协同各区域团队，推动产品本地化与合规适配，满足不同市场的合规要求。
  • 2. 合规政策与法规研究
  • 持续跟踪全球主要市场的数字货币合规政策与法规变化，评估与分析对公司业务的合规风险影响。
  • 根据各国监管要求，协调内部资源，推动合规政策落地及产品调整，确保业务持续合规。
  • 3. 合规性与风控产品设计
  • 设计并优化合规功能模块，如用户身份认证、反洗钱（AML）、了解客户（KYC）等，提升平台合规性与安全性。
  • 开发并完善合规工具与系统，提升合规流程的自动化与审查效率，保障用户数据安全。
  • 4. 跨部门协作与需求管理
  • 与技术、法务、风控、运营等团队紧密协作，平衡合规要求与业务需求，推动合规性优化。
  • 独立撰写合规产品需求文档（PRD），并协调各方资源完成设计、开发与上线。
  • 5. 分站本地化与市场适配
  • 负责不同区域市场的分站产品规划与执行，依据当地合规要求进行产品调整与服务优化。
  • 与本地运营及市场团队紧密合作，了解用户需求与市场差异，推动本地化产品开发与落地。
  • 6. 合规性风险评估与监控
  • 参与平台业务的合规风险评估，制定合规性提升计划与应对策略。
  • 监控产品上线后的合规执行情况，确保持续符合各地区监管要求。
  • 7. 合规数据与报告管理
  • 设计与优化合规数据监控与报告系统，确保数据准确及时，为管理层决策提供支持。
  • 定期向管理层汇报合规产品进展、问题与优化建议，提供专业合规支持。

    • 任职要求
  • 本科及以上学历，法律、金融、计算机、国际贸易等相关专业优先。
  • 2年以上互联网产品管理经验，至少1年以上合规或分站产品管理经验。
  • 熟悉数字货币行业，了解交易平台运营合规性要求及相关法规（如AML、KYC、数据保护等）。
  • 具备较强的合规风险意识，能主动识别并解决产品中的合规问题。
  • 熟悉产品全生命周期管理，能独立撰写PRD并推动产品落地。
  • 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能与法务、风控、技术、运营团队紧密合作。
  • 英文能力优秀者优先。
