As C3 continues its expansion across Microsoft CSP, multi-cloud, AI, and cloud commerce ecosystems, we are looking for a high-impact Product Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy, execution, and growth of the platform.

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth, product adoption, and brand visibility for SaaS products through a combination of product marketing, AI-driven marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and go-to-market execution.

This role will own the end-to-end marketing function for CSP Control Center and work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to accelerate customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, is highly data-driven, embraces AI, and has demonstrated measurable marketing outcomes in previous SaaS organizations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Positioning

   Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of CSP Control Center.

   Develop compelling narratives for CSPs, Distributors, MSPs, and Cloud Providers.

   Create competitive positioning and differentiation strategies.

   Build sales enablement content including presentations, battle cards, case studies, product collateral, and customer stories.

   Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for prospects and customers.

 

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

   Lead GTM planning and execution for all new product launches, integrations, features, and enhancements.

   Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand roadmap priorities and launch readiness requirements.

   Develop launch plans, adoption campaigns, and customer communication strategies.

   Drive feature awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement initiatives.

 

AI-Powered Marketing

   Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve marketing efficiency and performance.

   Use AI for content creation, campaign optimization, SEO, research, competitive intelligence, and audience segmentation.

   Experiment with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to demand generation and product marketing.

   Build scalable AI-assisted marketing workflows.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, HubSpot AI, and other AI-powered marketing platforms is highly desirable.

 

Performance Marketing & Demand Generation

   Own demand generation campaigns across digital channels.

   Plan and execute campaigns across:

                      LinkedIn

                      Google Ads

                      Microsoft Ads

                      Retargeting platforms

                      Email marketing

                      Webinar programs

                      Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

   Manage campaign budgets and optimize for:

                      Pipeline generation

                      Lead quality

                      Conversion rates

                      Customer acquisition cost (CAC)

                      Marketing ROI

 

Content & Thought Leadership

   Develop and execute content marketing strategies.

   Create blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, videos, customer success stories, and executive presentations.

   Establish C3 as a thought leader in:

                      Microsoft CSP

                      Cloud Commerce

                      Subscription Management

                      SaaS Billing

                      Azure

                      AI in Cloud Operations

 

SEO, AEO & Website Growth

   Own organic growth strategy.

   Improve search visibility through:

                      SEO

                      AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

                      Content optimization

                      Technical SEO collaboration

                      AI search optimization

   Drive website traffic, engagement, and conversion improvements.

 

Marketing Operations & Analytics

   Establish and manage marketing KPIs and reporting dashboards.

   Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution.

   Analyze customer acquisition funnels and recommend improvements.

   Measure and report marketing ROI to leadership.

 

Cross-Functional Leadership

   Work closely with:

§  Product Management

§  Engineering

§  Sales

§  Customer Success

§  Leadership Team

   Act as the central marketing owner for all C3 initiatives.

   Ensure alignment between product roadmap, GTM activities, sales enablement, and customer adoption efforts.

   Collaborate with ecosystem partners, vendors, distributors, and technology alliances on joint marketing initiatives.



Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience

   4–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation.

   Mandatory experience working in a B2B SaaS company.

   Proven experience marketing SaaS products with measurable business outcomes.

   Experience managing product launches and GTM programs.

Skills

   Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based revenue.

   Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and workflows.

   Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

   Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

   Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

   Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
