Bonjour et bienvenue chez Sungrow! We are on the lookout for a commercially driven and technically savvy Key Account Manager to lead our distribution strategy across France - one of Europe's most exciting and fast-growing solar markets.

  • Distribution Strategy: Drive and execute a smart, results-oriented sales strategy with distributors across France - owning your market and making things happen.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with Installers, Developers, and EPCs, becoming their trusted go-to partner for Sungrow solutions.
  • Smart Solutions Co-development: Collaborate with EMS specialists to co-develop innovative, tailored energy management solutions that meet the evolving needs of your customers.
  • Project Oversight: Take ownership of projects from tender through to commissioning, ensuring seamless delivery and a consistently excellent customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by spotting emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities - and translating them into actionable business strategies.
  • Global Alignment: Work closely with Sungrow's international teams to align local efforts with our global vision and scale our collective impact across markets.
  • Brand Representation & Business Growth: Represent Sungrow at key industry events and trade shows, while proactively identifying new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships to fuel our growth in France.

Your profile

  • You bring a strong commercial and technical background, with solid hands-on experience in sales and marketing - ideally within the solar, renewable energy, or clean tech industry.
  • You are confident working independently, making sound decisions, and taking full ownership of your territory and results.
  • You have the leadership presence to unite, inspire, and motivate the people around you - whether that's partners, customers, or internal teams.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in fast-changing environments, where no two days look the same and agility is your superpower.
  • Your language skills include French at C1/C2 level and English at minimum B2 level; any additional European language is always a welcome plus.
  • You are ready and willing to travel regularly across France (more than 50% of the time) and occasionally within Europe and to China - this role keeps you moving and in front of the right people.
