Your mission

Before we dive in: this position is offered and contracted directly by Greensun. Sungrow is supporting our partner in this recruitment process, as the role will provide technical support to Sungrow's French-speaking customers across Europe.

Greensun is a trusted partner of Sungrow, and together we're looking for a remote technical support profile in Warsaw, Poland to serve Sungrow's French-speaking customers — and Greensun is looking for a sharp, curious, and people-first technical mind to join the team.

  • You'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering Level 1 remote technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems — making sure every issue is handled with speed and care.
  • You'll manage incoming requests related to photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems, always working within defined SLA parameters and quality standards.
  • You'll guide installers and technicians step by step through troubleshooting, remote configuration, and firmware updates — turning complex situations into clear solutions.
  • You'll work closely with the Level 2 support team, handing over cases with thorough documentation and structured follow-up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You'll maintain high-quality technical records in the CRM and ticketing system, and actively contribute to the shared knowledge base — making the whole team smarter over time.
  • You'll be part of a growing, international greentech environment where your work directly supports the energy transition across Europe.

Your profile

Alright, now let's talk about you — because the right fit here is someone who's as comfortable with a technical manual as they are with a friendly customer call. Does this sound like you?

  • You have a solid foundation in electrical or electronics knowledge — enough to understand how photovoltaic and energy storage systems work, even if you're still growing your expertise.
  • You communicate fluently in French  and English (C1 or above) — this role is all about bridging the French market from Poland.
  • You're a natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills — you don't just identify issues, you think them through and find the path forward.
  • You can translate complex technical topics into clear, structured language that customers and colleagues can actually understand and act on.
  • You're customer-oriented, reliable under pressure, and confident in an international remote work environment — you bring calm and clarity when things get busy.
  • You're self-organised, detail-oriented, and diligent — you take ownership of your tasks and follow through.
  • You're a team player who also thrives independently — comfortable managing your own workload while staying connected to a collaborative, distributed team.

Bonus points if you bring:

  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service in a helpdesk or technical environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of photovoltaic or energy storage systems.
