We are hiring for this position: Multilingual Customer Advisor M/F/X full remote from Portugal

Your daily mission

• Respond to customer requests by phone, email or chat
• Manage questions, complaints and requests for information
• Ensure the monitoring and updating of customer files
• Offer suitable solutions and build customer loyalty
• Respect internal procedures and quality objectives
• Forward complex requests to the relevant departments

The profile we are looking for

Level C1 or native in German OR Italian OR Polish OR French OR Dutch (Mandatory)

Level intermediate in English B2 minimum (Required)

Availability to work according to a rotating schedule: 5 days a week, 2 days off, flexible hours sometimes including Saturday and Sunday (Mandatory)

Reside in Portugal and willing to work remotely

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Commitment to 6 months minimum (Mandatory)

Passport/ID card from a European Union country Or specific work permit for the country of work (Mandatory)

Comfortable with computers (Appreciated)

Experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, support or customer contact (Appreciated)
