Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally

  • Arrange and coordinate client meetings

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Maintain records of client interactions and share regular updates with the reporting manager

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries in a timely manner

  • Graduate in any stream (non-technical background preferred)

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer relations, client servicing, or a similar role

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

  • Confident, proactive, and client-focused

  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently

  • Female candidates only (Delhi-based preferred)
