Ready to lead quality and compliance opersations in a Fortune 500 company? As a Healthcare QA Supervisor at the UPS Healthcare Soresina (BOMI) site, you will set the standard for GMP/GDP governance, guiding teams through audits and investigations. You‘ll also act as Qualified Person for the GMP secondary packaging activities and as the GDP Responsible Person for distribution activities, helping keep the site compliant and inspection-ready. This is a hands-on leadership role with real accountability: protecting patients, customers, and the integrity of every shipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and support compliance with UPS Healthcare site licence requirements

  • Lead audit readiness and execution, including internal audits, client audits, and regulatory agency inspections

  • Own issue resolution, risk management, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality-related projects

  • Create, review, revise, and approve controlled documents (SOPs, work instructions, forms)

  • Lead investigations and non-conformance reporting, including root cause analysis and actions to prevent recurrence

  • Manage change control activities and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up

  • Provide quality and regulatory guidance to internal teams and customers

  • Support new business growth, including onboarding new clients, services, and facility expansions

  • Participate in environmental control and CDS security emergency response actions as required

  • Lead and develop the QA team, including task delegation, performance reviews, skills development, and coaching

Your qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or CTF (required)

  • QP certificate (mandatory)

  • Quality Assurance experience in a regulated environment is preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of GMP/GDP expectations in secondary packaging, parallel trading, distribution and quarantine operations

  • Confident stakeholder management skills, including working with customers and auditors

  • Strong judgement, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and follow-through

  • Proven people leadership capability, with experience developing and managing direct reports

  • English and Italian fluency
