Role & Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist top-tier candidates across BFSI and Non-IT verticals—leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and niche industry networks.
  • Conduct structured behavioral + competency-based interviews to assess cultural fit, domain expertise, and performance potential.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, success metrics, and candidate personas for rapid pipeline building.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles—from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination—ensuring 90%+ candidate satisfaction.
  • Track and report KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) using ATS tools to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring moves in BFSI/Non-IT to advise clients on talent strategy.
