About the Role

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology to join our global Talent Acquisition team. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for owning hiring outcomes across technology functions, partnering closely with business and technology leaders, and building strong talent pipelines for critical and complex roles.

You will combine deep technical recruiting expertise with market intelligence, data, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve talent quality, hiring velocity, and candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for technology roles across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, QA/SDET, and technical leadership.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective hiring and sourcing strategies.
  • Build strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-find technical talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, communities, events, talent networks, and innovative channels.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, using market intelligence, recruiting data, and talent insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Monitor and improve funnel health, hiring SLAs, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and overall candidate experience.
  • Leverage AI-powered recruiting, talent intelligence, automation, and AI-assisted sourcing to improve hiring effectiveness and recruiter productivity.
  • Mentor recruiters and help drive consistent, high-quality hiring practices across the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with People, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to successfully close critical talent.
  • Maintain a high bar for candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication throughout the hiring journey.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with strong expertise in technology hiring.
  • Proven success recruiting senior, niche, and hard-to-find talent across Engineering and related technology functions.
  • Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities, with the ability to develop creative strategies for challenging talent markets.
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions using market insights, recruiting data, and sound judgment.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and funnel analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Exposure to AI recruiting tools, GenAI, recruiting automation, or talent intelligence platforms is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring recruiters or sourcers and helping raise recruiting standards across a team.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify hiring challenges and build practical, scalable solutions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving, and globally distributed environment.
