We are seeking a highly experienced Black Belt Process Improvement Consultant to drive enterprise-wide process optimization initiatives across business operations and IT solution delivery functions. This role requires a self-directed process improvement leader who can operate autonomously, identify inefficiencies across complex matrixed organizations, and facilitate measurable operational improvements.

The consultant will analyze end-to-end value streams, identify bottlenecks, implement performance metrics and quality controls, facilitate root cause analysis, and oversee the execution of improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt expertise coupled with exceptional program/project management capabilities.

This role requires a proactive change agent capable of influencing upstream and downstream stakeholders, driving accountability, and creating sustainable operational excellence.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Required:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Highly Preferred:

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification
• PMP Certification
• Prosci Change Management Certification

Required Experience

• 10+ years of process improvement and operational excellence experience.
• Extensive experience leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Strong expertise in value stream mapping and process optimization.
• Experience improving both business operations and IT-related processes.
• Proven success implementing operational metrics and quality controls.
• Experience facilitating enterprise-level root cause analysis.
• Experience managing multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong project and program management experience.
• Experience influencing stakeholders within highly matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
