Group Product Manager – GRC & RMIS

The Group Product Manager will provide senior-level product leadership across Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS). This role requires deep domain expertise combined with strong product strategy and execution capabilities.

The successful candidate will translate market dynamics, buyer needs, competitive positioning, and technology trends into a clear product vision, roadmap priorities, and compelling value proposition. The role will take product vision through execution while aligning internal and external stakeholders around strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy across the GRC and RMIS domain.
• Translate deep industry and domain expertise into clear product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and value proposition.
• Analyze competitive positioning, market dynamics, customer/buyer needs, and technology trends.
• Take product vision and strategic concepts through execution and delivery.
• Define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives based on market opportunities and customer needs.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to build alignment around product direction.
• Synthesize complex GRC/RMIS requirements into actionable product strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve product capabilities, market positioning, and customer value.
• Collaborate across product, technology, services, implementation, marketing, and other relevant teams to drive execution.
• Stay current on emerging technology trends, including opportunities presented by AI.
• Potentially lead and mentor other Product Managers or analysts as the organization evolves.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in either RMIS or GRC.
• Experience in a product, product-adjacent, or product-informed role, such as:
  • Product Manager
  • Product Owner
  • Group/Product Manager
  • Services Product Manager
  • Product Marketing
  • Implementation Leadership
  • Similar product-focused role
• Demonstrated strategic thinking around:
  • Competitive positioning
  • Market dynamics
  • Buyer/customer needs
  • Technology trends
  • RMIS and/or GRC
• Proven track record of taking a product vision through execution.
• Ability to synthesize domain expertise into:
  • Clear product strategy
  • Roadmap priorities
  • Compelling value proposition
• Strong stakeholder communication and strategic alignment skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI in a product or business context.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI and emerging technology.
• Experience managing or mentoring Product Managers and/or analysts.
• Experience working across both GRC and RMIS domains is a plus.
