About the Role


Our client is seeking a highly organized and systems-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to support and optimize the company’s revenue operations infrastructure.

This role serves as the operational backbone connecting Sales, Account Management, Finance, Data, and Implementation teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean data, scalable processes, CRM management, and leveraging AI tools to improve team productivity and efficiency.

The Sales Operations Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining CRM integrity, supporting deal operations, improving workflows, and helping drive AI adoption across the revenue organization.

What You’ll Do


CRM & Data Management

  • Own the quality, accuracy, and consistency of HubSpot CRM data across deals, companies, and contacts
  • Audit and QA deals to ensure proper setup, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle stages
  • Maintain CRM views, automations, routing rules, properties, and workflows
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues proactively

Sales Operations & Deal Support

  • Support Sales and Account Management teams with deal structure validation and pricing accuracy
  • Review contracts, line items, and deal terms to ensure consistency across systems
  • Assist with non-standard deal approvals and documentation
  • Serve as a trusted internal resource for CRM and deal process questions

AI Enablement & Process Improvement

  • Lead initiatives to integrate AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT into sales and account management workflows
  • Build prompts, workflows, and best practices for AI-driven prospect research, pipeline analysis, meeting preparation, and follow-up communication
  • Train teams on AI adoption and continuously improve usage across the organization
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements

Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Generate and maintain sales and revenue performance reports
  • Support dashboards related to pipeline, bookings, churn, and customer health
  • Partner with Finance, Data, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
  • Support integrations and data flow between systems including HubSpot, billing platforms, BI tools, and accounting software.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable working with systems, data, automation, and process optimization
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Maxio, QuickBooks Online, PowerBI, Zapier, or similar platforms
  • Experience with workflow automations, integrations, or APIs
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
  • Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction-related industries is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary: $2,500 - $3,000/Monthly
  • 100% Remote from anywhere in LATAM.
