This will be a full time, permanent position commencing on the 20th July 2026 based in our Sydney office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

  • Apply your understanding of health and recovery to implement proactive, tailored strategies
  • Play a key role in supporting individuals through their recovery journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed and empowered

ABOUT YOU

  • Passion for making a meaningful impact and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
  • Strong background in health, allied health or a related field with a desire to apply your knowledge in a new and rewarding capacity.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently navigate complex or sensitive conversations to build genuine and trusting relationships
  • Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to think creatively and collaboratively when working with diverse stakeholders
  • Committed to delivering a high standard of service to customers with a high attention to detail and level of accuracy
